Went: The Bronx Zoo! 09.20.08

The Bronx Zoo is freakin huge. We spent 5 hours there last Saturday and barely covered it all...

My girl Maxine

An Indian Red Panda's tail

It wasn't that dark

I hoped so badly to relive that time when I was 5 and that flirty giraffe at Woodland Park Zoo reached its neck over the fence and kissed me

These two couldn't get enough of eachother

Beautiful!

Observing man in his natural habitat

Sea lions are my favorite

Skyfari!

Went: Lola Staar's Dreamland Roller Rink

For my man's 27th bday, I surprised him with a party at Dreamland. What 27 year old dude wouldn't want to celebrate another year by sporting roller skates and a transformers party hat while cruisin to the sounds of Nu Shooz' greatest hits?

Where the magic happened...

Some party-goers...

The real surprise came at around 11pm when the Daisy Spurs really shook what their mamas gave em...

Mmm hmmm...

A few members of the posse...

Me and the birthday boy...
